^{The keys to our success are hands on leadership, strong organizational skills, excellent coaching, dedication, and hard work by an outstanding group of young ladies. Behind this effort stands a strong group of very dedicated parents who will go to great lengths to support their daughters and this club. We either do it right or we do not do it at all. We have set our goals very high and expect nothing but excellence from our administrators, coaches, and players. Although we strive to win all our games and all our tournaments this is not the only priority of our club. We will not sacrifice the well beings of our teams’ members and the cohesiveness of our teams for the sake of winning at any cost. We want our teams’ members to have fun playing the sport they love, enjoy the company of each other on and off the court, and face the pressures of competing at a high level with the proper motivation and confidence. We strive for all our players to one day play volleyball at the collegiate level. We believe that these experiences will help prepare these young ladies to face the challenges of life.}

^{Club Director

^{Our Club Director and Head Coach is William Gonzalez. He has trained and coached volleyball at various levels for the past 18 years. Coach Gonzalez has been the Head Coach at Palmer Trinity School for the past seven years. He as accomplished to take his team to the State Championship tournament twice in his seven years at the school. Coach Gonzalez has also been chosen All Dade Coach of the Year three times (04, 05, and 08) by The Miami Herald. In Cuba, he graduated from ISCF with a degree in Sports with a specialty in the sport of Volleyball. He earned a Masters degree in Sport Science and Physical Education. He was Head Coach of the men’s and women’s volleyball teams at the University of Havana. He also trained the Cuban National Beach Volleyball team for the World Games, the Cuban Women’s National Team for its International Competition, and Junior high performance teams. Coach González has been a Club coach for the past seven years.}}

^{We are fortunate to have found great coaches who not only love the sport, but love to teach it to young boys and girls. They have been working with most of our girls for almost 6 years and have helped them to improve their level of play tremendously. The coaches are specialists in the game of volleyball. They have taught and coached at variuos levels of the sport. They are nothing short of dynamic and passionate about the game and love to impart wisdom to their pupils. Not only are they very knowledgeable about the game and all of its physical and mental aspects, they love to coach. They are certainly one of the pillars upon which our club has been built.}
